Can I pair the detector and gateway without an Internet connection?
No. You need to connect the mobile app to the WiFi network to set up the gateway program correctly.
Can I add more smoke detectors?
Of course. This gateway and smoke detector can connect up to 24 devices at the same time. But please select the smoke detector with product model S05-R8-B for connection.
Can the gateway mute false alarm sounds from smoke detectors?
There is no button on the gateway to mute the false alarm, but it can be muted on the mobile phone APP.
If one detector detects smoke, will the other detectors also sound an alarm?
Other detectors will also sound an alarm because they are all interconnected.
