• Standard Shipping: £2.00 for orders under £20.

• Currently, we only provide shipping services to addresses within the United Kingdom.
• For orders to European countries, please visit our European store at eu.wisualarm.com

Dispatch & Transit Time

• Dispatch:  1–2 business days
• Transit Time:  1-3 business days mainly via Royal Mail

Returns & Exchanges

• Orders Not Yet Received (In Transit)
  • If you wish to cancel or return your order while it is still in transit, please refuse the package when it arrives.
  • If you are unable to refuse the delivery, please ensure the original packaging remains unopened and intact to be eligible for return and refund.
• Orders Already Received
  • Please ensure they are in their original condition and packaging and contact us for return label and return address.
